Take a break in your busy day to relax and find awareness in the moment! This guided meditation sitting is offered weekly... participants may attend ANY week or EVERY week with no advance registration. All are welcome including beginners. This session sometimes practices chant in Sanskrit. Meditation cushions and chairs provided. Guided by Carmen Thurston, a student in Behavioral Neuroscience.
