Description:
The Multi-service Eating Disorders Association (MEDA) is celebrating 15 years of service. On Thursday, November 5, 2009 they will host an anniversary celebration at the Seaport Hotel. MEDA is committed to educating the general public on issues related to eating disorders and body image. Through educational programming, support groups and assessments/consultations, MEDA provides all citizens with low cost services necessary to recognize and recover from eating disorders, body image distortions and other food and weight related issues.
